Finally, a workshop that focuses exclusively on the good project management skills required for successful EHR implementation. Healthcare professionals will explore critical success factors and the common pitfalls that can occur in EHR project management. Identify practice and vendor responsibilities as they relate to the management team. EHR design, scope and incremental rollout considerations will be explored in detail. Participants will identify the roles and responsibilities of the implementation team.
