Course Director

Kristine Eckis is President of The Bottom Line Medical Administrative Consultants, Inc., a practice management firm based in North Florida and serving practices nationwide.  She is a past Board Member of the American Association of Healthcare Consultants and has been a Certified Professional Coder since 1996.

Kristine consults with medical practices providing evaluations and recommendations for operational and staffing improvements in order to bring practices up to peak performance.  Evaluations focus on accounts receivable management, proper coding for optimal reimbursement, chart auditing and compliance issues to reduce exposure to potential fraud and abuse actions. 

Other services provided by Bottom Line include practice management and coding seminars, both on and off-site, human resource development, and complete practice start-ups. On-line coding assistance and consultation services are available for those times when practices need a "quick-fix" rather than an extensive consultation.
